Green Cross Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President: Koji Kubo) launched a rental service in June 2026 for the 'Do-Hiemon BOX,' an individual cooling shelter designed to allow people to enter and rapidly cool down in response to increasing labor environment risks caused by extreme heat.

This service provides an individual cooling space (cool-down equipment) that allows people to lower their body temperature in a short time in high-temperature environments, such as construction sites, outdoor events, and factory workspaces.

In recent years, due to the increasing risk of heatstroke caused by rising temperatures, the duty of safety care required of companies is strengthening year by year. Especially in the construction and manufacturing industries, ensuring worker safety and maintaining work efficiency have become important challenges. In some cases, conventional hydration and breaks are not sufficient, and there was a need to maintain an environment where the body can be reliably cooled in a short time.

Based on this background, the company focused on box-type facilities where people can enter and cool down directly, and will deploy the 'Do-Hiemon BOX,' sold by Trusco Nakayama Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tetsuya Nakayama), as a rental service.

Features of 'Do-Hiemon BOX'

Dedicated Cooling Space for Individuals By entering the box, users can efficiently lower their body temperature with 5℃ cold air, reducing heat stress.

Rapid Cool-Down Designed to maintain an internal temperature of 15℃ when the outside temperature is 35℃, allowing for a quick refresh.

100V Power Support & Easy Installation No special equipment work is required, and it can be flexibly introduced to sites and temporary facilities.

Unmanned Operation Possible Because users can use it themselves, it reduces management burden.

Easy to Introduce via Rental Model No purchase is necessary; it can be used for only the required period. It allows for cost-effective implementation.
