Grano24K Co., Ltd. (HQ: Onga District, Fukuoka; Representative: Shuichi Koyakumaru) will open 'THE SHIKAKA (Hotel & Resort Budounoki),' a 'sea-side retreat for gastronomic travel,' in Nijo-Shikaka, Itoshima, Fukuoka, on June 11, 2026. General reservations will start on May 26, 2026.

■ The Concept Behind 'THE SHIKAKA'
'SHIKAKA' is derived from the name of the land, 'Shikaka,' located within the Genkai Quasi-National Park. It is a place that has been carefully preserved for a long time, while living in harmony with the sea and nature. The Anago Beach, still featuring singing sand, is a testament to the carefully maintained distance between human activity and nature. In this place, where the rich sea and quiet time coexist, we named the facility 'THE SHIKAKA' out of a desire to carry the time and memories residing in the name itself into the future.

■ What is a 'Regional Revitalization Hotel'?
This facility is a 'Regional Revitalization Hotel' newly developed in the Shikaka area of Itoshima by Grano24K Co., Ltd., the operator of 'Budounoki Winery' in Okagaki, Fukuoka. We have long been engaged in '6th-sector industrialization,' which links regional primary industries (agriculture/fisheries) with 'food.' We procure vegetables and fish from local farmers and fishermen, prepare and process them into safe, high-quality ingredients, and deliver them from our own workshop. By concentrating our know-how in original product development, regional tourism, and hospitality business, we convey the charm of the land as a whole community. As a 'destination resort worth making a special trip for,' we aim to contribute to the further revitalization of the Itoshima area by offering unique experiences.

Your stay here is a journey through 'food time' rather than just an accommodation. We have prepared three major plans to suit your style:

All-Inclusive Stay: A luxurious plan including a welcome food & drink, a special dinner at the counter overlooking the sea (sushi or teppanyaki with pairing), sweets in the room, and breakfast. Recommended for anniversaries with loved ones.

In-Room Dining Stay: A plan to enjoy authentic teppanyaki or sushi boxes prepared by chefs in the private space of your room without worrying about surroundings. Safe and comfortable for families with small children who may find counter seats difficult.

Full Villa Rental (Original Stay): A plan to rent the entire villa as a private holiday home with an equipped kitchen. Ideal for multi-generational travel, corporate training, offsite meetings, or private parties for large groups.

We feature 'UMINOZA,' a restaurant offering fine dining with views of the Genkai Sea, and 'UMINO-OTO,' a counter-bar style venue for drinks.

Sushi Counter (16 seats): Counter seats serving fresh seafood selected by the chef. Offered in a dynamic two-part system (17:00 / 19:00).
Teppanyaki Counter (8 seats): Dynamic counter seats where chefs prepare selected meats and Itoshima ingredients in front of you (17:00 / 19:00).
Private Dining Rooms (3 rooms, up to 16 guests): Ideal spaces for meetings, anniversaries, or receptions where privacy is prioritized. Guests can start at any time between 16:00 and 19:00.

Guide for Guests with Children: For safety and spatial atmosphere, the sushi and teppanyaki counters are limited to guests elementary school age and older. Guests with preschool children can enjoy our special cuisine in private rooms or their guest rooms.
