## ★The background to realizing this dream

### ~This dream was born from our core chart~

When I, as a manager, was contemplating what new businesses I could undertake, I considered my own essence, my "core," and how it could contribute to various businesses. I summarized this in a table.

1. Sports: Career support for female golfers
2. Regional Revitalization: Marine industry (revitalization of fishing port stakeholders)
3. Education: Entertainment & job hunting guidance at vocational schools
4. Personal Production: Self-analysis support
5. Corporate Support: Promotional video production support & project proposals
6. Gardening: Garden advisor
7. Media: Program & radio production
8. Culture: Turning local culture into video assets

This core chart, born from self-analysis, forms the background of our dream.

Our core is:
**"To offer enjoyable ideas to people and things in need, and to create content that solves problems."**

We steadily do what we can.

### Why did we decide to tackle the challenges of "fishing ports" now?

Currently, in Japan's fishing industry, "improving fishermen's income" and "effective utilization of fishing port facilities" are urgent issues. Upon learning about the "Umi-gyo" (marine industry) initiative promoted by the Fisheries Agency, which aims to appropriately utilize marine and fishing village resources, Representative Miyamoto personally visited the Fisheries Agency to hear about the current situation. As a result, the desire to "protect Japan's important profession as a maritime nation and consider monetization for those involved in the sea" was born. He is now exploring what initiatives are appropriate based on the aforementioned core chart, utilizing his strengths in "direction" and "creating engaging mechanisms" to revitalize fishing ports.

### ■ Focus on "Hiratsuka Tamasaburo Fishing Port" in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture

Through a connection with the representative of Morioka Shokai, a company operating in the fisheries sector in the Hiratsuka area, we were introduced to the Hiratsuka City Fisheries Cooperative and explained our project vision.

We felt that Hiratsuka's fishing port had a high affinity with entertainment, as it had already implemented various initiatives.

Hiratsuka's fishing port is easily accessible, about an hour's drive from Tokyo via the Ken-O Expressway, and is equipped with large parking lots and clean restrooms, ensuring peace of mind.

If you stop by during a drive, you can enjoy the vast sea and Mount Fuji.

### ■ Creating new experiential value: "Fishing Port × Camping"

Drawing on experience from producing the popular outdoor program "Gokujo! Mitsuboshi Camp" on BS broadcasting, we focused on the potential of the fishing port area as an outdoor field.

There is a "Shiokaze Hiroba" next to the fishing port, and we thought that holding events here would increase visitors' stay time and create more vibrancy.

When the weather is clear, you can see Mount Fuji in the distance from this spacious area, where exchange events can be held. Food trucks are set up in the plaza depending on the season. We are discussing with those who invite food trucks and others to liven up Hiratsuka's fishing port.

Whether overnight stays will be possible will be decided after discussions.

Let's take on various challenges together with everyone!

### ■ Collaboration with professionals

Moving individually is not enough; planning with outdoor professionals makes it easier to gain the approval of stakeholders!

Through a long-standing partnership forged during the production of a BS broadcasting program, we have secured the cooperation of outdoor expert Mr. Ken Tanaka, who has extensive experience in events with local governments. We will plan safe and attractive content.

Mr. Ken has rich operational knowledge, including managing campgrounds and designated management of campgrounds. In program planning, we have produced a wide range of projects, such as beach camping on Amami Oshima and sea kayaking shoots in Boso, Chiba. With this know-how, we will challenge ourselves to create outdoor projects that connect fishermen, fishing ports, and customers.

People gather at the fishing port, and as the time spent meaningfully increases, we believe it will lead to increased fish sales, learning about local culture, and effective utilization of facilities.

### ◾️Safety and environmental considerations

Regarding the challenges of fishing port camping (strong winds, fire, noise control), we are working closely with Hiratsuka City Hall and the Hiratsuka City Fisheries Cooperative to confirm our initiatives.

Outdoor planning often involves unexpected situations due to nature. Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience is paramount, so close collaboration is essential to implement proper measures and hold events.

We went to consult with Hiratsuka City Hall.

### ◾️We hope you will empathize with these initiatives.

Mr. Seto, who works hard holding "Tsuri Maru" at the fishing port. He says he wants to make it an exciting event with everyone!

We are looking for media companies, outdoor companies, individual manufacturers, battery manufacturers, disaster prevention manufacturers, and automobile manufacturers.

We are also considering outdoor projects that use batteries instead of fire.

To make this a sustainable event, not just relying on subsidies, everyone's cooperation is indispensable!

Together with everyone, we want to make Japan brighter and more enjoyable!

Thank you very much for your consideration. We look forward to hearing from you!!
