About SFP Dining Co., Ltd.
Aiming to be a group of specialty restaurants that enrich Japan through food.
Guided by our management philosophy of 'limitless pursuit of foresight and dedication ahead of trends,' we strive to become a group of specialty restaurants that enrich Japan through food. We carefully open high-specialty restaurants one by one.
For us, a specialty restaurant is not just about specialized cuisine. It’s a place where all staff take pride in their food and service, continuously dedicated to delivering joy and感动 to customers.
Our group operates various concepts including 'Isomaru Suisan' (famous for fresh fish and live shellfish), 'Omotenashi Toriyoshi' and 'Toriyoshi Shop' (chicken-focused), and 'Torotaku' (a neighborhood sushi restaurant offering carefully prepared dishes at affordable prices), primarily in the Greater Tokyo and Kansai areas.
