Kinsei Foods, a gyoza specialty shop founded in 1969 in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, has long been loved by the community for its uncompromising selection of ingredients. In March 2025, it won the Grand Prix at the 'Japan Food Selection (JFS)'.

To allow customers to enjoy the deliciousness of this 'Tokusen Namagyoza' (special fresh gyoza), we have focused on a style of serving it in a piping hot 'iron pot'.

1. **Carefully selected domestic vegetables and meat** Focusing on ingredients from Gunma Prefecture, we have carefully selected the best available domestic vegetables and meat. 2. **Two flavors in one dish!** In addition to 'Normal', we have layered gyoza made with 'Chichibu Miso', which has a mild sweetness, in one iron pot. 3. **Stunning sizzle! Crispy winged gyoza in a hot iron pot** By baking in a round iron pot, the heat is maintained even after being served, keeping the perfect texture—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. 4. **Volume with Yurinchi (fried chicken)** The set includes iron pot gyoza, rice, miso soup, a small side dish, salad, pickles, and 2 pieces of our popular 'Yurinchi'.
