Create Restaurants, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tatsuro Iinuma), a group company of Create Restaurants Holdings, will open "Gokumi Yakuzen Soup Nana Mala Tang" on April 23rd (Thursday) at LaLaport Aichi Togo.
This will be the fourth store opening, following CIAL Yokohama Hamachika, Aeon Mall Nagoya Dome Mae, and Yokohama World Porters.
Enjoy the very popular Mala Tang casually in the food court!
"Nana Mala Tang"'s Signature Soup
The special medicinal herb soup is carefully simmered, based on a pork bone and chicken bone white broth, with Chinese medicinal ingredients and spices such as Sichuan pepper (huajiao), cinnamon (gui pi), cumin (ma qin), and red dates (natsume).
Nana Mala Tang's soup can be chosen with your preferred spice level, from 0 (no spice). Soups with 0.5 spice level or higher have chili peppers added, creating an addictive flavor where numbing spiciness and deep umami coexist with the gentle touch of medicinal herbs.
*Medicinal herb soup and soy milk soup are available from 0 spice level, while Dan Dan soup is available from 0.5 spice level.
At the storefront showcase, a colorful array of fresh vegetables, various types of fish paste products, meats, and healthy mushrooms are lined up. From this abundant selection of ingredients, you can freely choose your favorites to create your own original Mala Tang.
Enjoy your preferred customization according to your physical condition and taste on that day!
