Gift Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; CEO: Keita Daikuro) has announced a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) vision that leverages business profits from its upcoming membership-based luxury golf resort, 'THE SANCTUARY,' scheduled to open in 2029.

Driven by the conviction of 'acting for those who cannot solve their own problems,' CEO Keita Daikuro will focus on two key missions:

1. Support for Zero Animal Culling at Shelters: Providing continuous support to organizations working to save animals who cannot advocate for themselves. 2. Support for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) Research and Care: Aiding patients and families struggling with this severe disease and supporting the development of fundamental treatments.

Reflecting on his past, Daikuro shared that managing a 5 billion yen debt ten years ago allowed him to understand human suffering deeply. He stated, 'In the second half of my life, I will generate profits through business to contribute to the planet.'

'THE SANCTUARY' is Japan's first fully integrated membership-based golf resort, developed with a total project cost of 17 billion yen. It will offer world-class services, including one-on-one caddy systems, Michelin-class dining, and presidential suites priced at 300,000 yen per night. The company aims for a Tokyo Pro Market listing in 2031, positioning the project as a 'Social Business' that balances economic value with solving social challenges.
