New RAV4 Exclusive | 3 Types of Storage Accessories Featuring Interior Design Motifs Released

Carmate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Katsu Tokuda) launched "Cup Holders for Driver/Passenger Seats," "Tissue Case," and "ETC Cover," all exclusively designed for the new Toyota RAV4, on April 22nd (Wednesday) via its official online store and other e-commerce sites. These products, based on the popular "just like genuine" concept, combine design and texture that blend with the interior, along with functionality, to provide a comfortable driving experience in the RAV4. **Product Details**

**Cup Holders for Driver/Passenger Seats**

Adopts a new mounting method that fixes to the fins above the air conditioner outlet.

For Driver's Seat (NZ274K) / For Passenger's Seat (NZ275K)

* Features colors and grain processing matched to the interior, achieving a "just like genuine" integrated feel. * Hooks onto the upper fins of the air conditioner outlet and is secured with adhesive tape (bottom left photo). Air conditioner fins can still be adjusted even with the product installed (patent pending). * Movable arms with metal springs securely hold various drinks (bottom right photo). * Compatible with containers with a diameter or diagonal length of 53-74mm. * Sponge cushions are adopted on the bottom of the holder to prevent drinks from rattling while driving. * Easy installation without tools.

Allows for airflow adjustment as it does not attach to the air conditioner fins. Movable arms accommodate various drink shapes.

**Tissue Case**

Utilizes the dead space behind the display. Silent design reduces rattling noise while driving.

Tissue dispenser can also be used as a small item storage.

* A tissue case installed behind the display, easily accessible from both the driver's and passenger's seats. * Equipped with an inner lid that has a tissue dispenser opening, allowing for two uses: tissue case and small item storage (top photo). * Compatible with bag-type tissues up to H45mm x W200mm x D125mm. * Designed to be lower than the display height, ensuring an unobstructed view. Closing the lid while driving prevents tissue reflection on the windshield. * The design applied to the center console tray, etc., is adopted as an internal motif for the case (bottom photo). * Clever placement of O-rings mitigates interference from multiple directions. Silent design reduces rattling noise while driving (patent pending).

*What is an O-ring: It is a rubber component with a circular (O-shaped) cross-section. Generally used for sealing purposes, but in this product, it plays an important role in achieving quietness.

Optimally sized O-rings (red circles) are placed at two locations on each of the two lids with a lattice pattern in the tray behind the shift knob.

**ETC Cover**

A cover incorporating elements of the interior design reduces theft risk.

* Visually conceals the ETC in-car unit, reducing the risk of ETC card theft. Creates a neat impression around the driver's seat. * The front surface of the lid is equipped with a ticket clip for holding parking tickets, etc. * Finished to harmonize with the vehicle's atmosphere, matching the design applied to the interior (top photo). * Easy installation without tools.
