Our Employees Participate in IPA's 'Top 10 Information Security Threats 2026' Selection Committee

AP Communications Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takeshi Uchida; hereinafter "the Company") announces that three employees from its Zero Trust business "0-WAN (Zero-One)," namely Yasuhiro Yamane, Kengo Kishigami, and Daisuke Yanagida, participated in the selection committee for "Top 10 Information Security Threats 2026" by IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan*). The Company has participated for four consecutive years since 2023.

0-WAN is a business that started in response to the growing importance of Zero Trust due to increasing cyber threats and the spread of remote work. In recent years, inquiries from companies facing challenges in responding to increasingly complex cyber attacks have been on the rise.

About "Top 10 Information Security Threats 2026"

IPA publishes "Top 10 Information Security Threats" with the expectation that it will help disseminate security measures. "Top 10 Information Security Threats 2026" was determined based on information security incidents and attack situations that had a significant social impact in 2025, with IPA selecting candidate threats, and then finalized through deliberation and voting by the "Top 10 Threats Selection Committee," consisting of approximately 250 members including researchers in the information security field and corporate practitioners.
