Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry "20 Companies Pioneering the Toy Industry"

The "20 Companies Pioneering the Toy Industry" was a public call for applications as part of the "Toy Compass" initiative, a new guideline for the promotion of the toy industry by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Amidst significant changes in the toy industry environment, such as declining birthrates, digitalization, and consumer behavior, 22 toy-related companies that have achieved remarkable results in the fields of "global expansion," "acquiring diverse fan bases," and "strengthening consumer touchpoints" were selected to ensure sustainable development in the future.

Reasons for Selection and Ed.Inter's Recognized Initiatives

Our company was selected in the "Strengthening Consumer Touchpoints" division out of the three divisions, with high praise for "Deepening Customer Engagement through Education and Directly Managed Bases" and "Integrated Planning and Development that Circulates Education and Manufacturing."

Ed.Inter emphasizes direct contact with consumers and strives to deepen customer understanding through the following initiatives:

1. Customer Engagement and Product Development Starting from Preschools

In addition to the preschools opened in 1988 and 1989, our company opened a new branch in April 2026. Catering to children from prenatal to elementary school age, we have supported the growth of many children for many years. These preschools serve not only as educational facilities but also as important touchpoints for product development. We not only reflect the expertise of our instructors in our planning but also conduct interviews and test plays with parents and children during the prototyping stage, leading to the development of products that are highly educational and captivating for children.

2. Integrated System Circulating Education, Manufacturing, and Sales

Through diverse businesses such as preschools, our overseas factories (Vietnam), directly managed stores, and our own e-commerce, we collect multifaceted feedback from educational sites, manufacturing sites, sales sites, and consumers, and continuously reflect it in our product creation. Our overseas factories have established a system that can accurately reflect our design intentions, and we prioritize safety and quality while also considering the reduction of environmental impact in our manufacturing processes.
