What is "Dedicated to the Worst Catastrophe Human"?
Released in August 2018 as Water Phoenix's third work for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Android, and iOS, this is a "disaster-sekaikei" (world-system) novel adventure game about a transparent girl and a boy who can only see transparent people.

After its release, we received comments such as "It made me cry" and "(The heroine) Kuro is cute," and it received a Silver Hall of Fame rating in the Weekly Famitsu Cross Review. Even now, 8 years after its release, many people say it is a "work that remains in their memory," and it is a deeply memorable title for us.

What we want to achieve with this project:

We want to port it to Steam!
Since its release, fans who have played the game have often asked, "We want it on Steam," and "We want to play it on PC." We have considered porting it each time, but we have been too busy with other tasks to respond. However, since the development of the latest work "End the Happy Route" was completed last year, we have now been able to allocate time for porting.
Therefore, in order to allow even more people to play this work in the future, we plan to port it as a downloadable software for Steam.

We want to add new scenarios!
At the time of development, we considered "stories after clearing the game" as bonus scenarios. However, due to time constraints and budget, we were unable to implement them. Upon reviewing the plots we had conceived back then for this port, we felt, "We definitely want others to see these stories."
Therefore, for this port, we plan to add new post-clear scenarios (approx. 40,000 characters x 5 parts = approx. 200,000 characters / 40-80 minutes per part) with heroine voice-overs and 5 new illustrations.

We want to adjust the illustrations!
While we put our all into the illustrations at the time, the art style of R, our illustrator, has evolved over the past 8 years. If we were to add new illustrations as they are, the difference from the original illustrations might create a sense of incongruity. However, we still love many parts of the original illustrations. Therefore, by having our illustrator R add and revise all character sprites and event stills, we aim to enhance the overall unity while preserving the atmosphere of the time.
