Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yoichi Fukumura; hereinafter "M.I.S."), a company engaged in data center operations, system development, and IBM i (AS/400) solutions, thereby making it a subsidiary.

Reasons and Objectives for Subsidiary Integration

ENET Solutions has supported the construction of secure and reliable IT environments, primarily through its data center business, including the cloud service "Power Cloud" and the 24/7 system monitoring service "arGuss." Meanwhile, M.I.S. possesses extensive experience, advanced technical capabilities, and excellent IT personnel in the construction and operation of IBM i (AS/400) systems—deeply embedded as core business systems for enterprises—as well as in the development and provision of proprietary products.

The two companies announced a business alliance in August 2025 to promote corporate digital transformation (DX), establishing a collaborative relationship. This group integration will further solidify that partnership. By vertically integrating ENET Solutions’ robust infrastructure foundation and operational monitoring expertise with M.I.S.’s high-level system development and system integration capabilities, the combined entity will deliver end-to-end support—from infrastructure setup to application development and ongoing operation and maintenance.

This will enable the provision of high-value, comprehensive solutions to accelerate DX for mid-sized and small enterprises, particularly in the Hokuriku region, and to address the growing challenges of talent shortages and technology succession among IBM i users.
