As the use of generative AI and AI agents expands, many companies are advancing AI implementation.

However, even with similar AI investments, a gap is emerging between companies that successfully achieve organization-wide transformation and those that do not see the desired results. Where does this difference lie?

Ipros will host a special lecture by Hiroto Kamoi, CEO of Algomatic, at 'Ipros AI 2026 Summer' on July 29, 2026 (Wednesday).

Based on his experience in building AI organizations in the telecommunications, retail, and real estate sectors, the lecture will explain the differences between organizations where AI usage is firmly established and those where it is not. He will introduce specific approaches to becoming an AI-native organization, derived from practical cases of AI Transformation (AX) in dozens of companies.
