Before applying for the "Quiz and Follow & Repost Campaign Part 4 'Aura Bright Gel' Present Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign") hosted by Art Nature Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), please read and agree to these terms and conditions before applying.

By applying to this campaign (hereinafter referred to as "applicant"), the applicant is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions at the time of application.

This campaign is operated by the Company and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X Corp.

About Application

*Application Requirements

Applicants who meet all of the following conditions can apply.

Must have an X account.

Must be following "@ArtNature_inc".

Must be able to receive direct messages (hereinafter referred to as "DM") from the Company via X.

Must have their X account set to public.

Must have reposted the campaign-related post.

Must reside in Japan and be able to receive mail and deliveries.

Must meet any other application requirements stated in the posts regarding this campaign.

*How to Apply

Follow "@ArtNature_inc" and apply within the period using the method specified in the campaign post.

*Notes on Application

Inquiries regarding application methods, lottery methods, and winning are not accepted.

Applicants shall comply with these terms and conditions when applying for this campaign, and shall not raise any objections regarding its operation.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, or transferred to anyone other than the winner. Internet communication fees and connection fees will be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for connection problems during communication. Please apply from a PC or smartphone.

*Invalid Application

The Company may invalidate an application without prior notice if the applicant falls under any of the following categories:

Does not meet the application requirements for this campaign.

If the Company determines that the X account was created solely for the purpose of applying, such as an application immediately after X account creation.

If the follow of the official Art Nature X account "@ArtNature_inc" is unfollowed before the winner announcement.

If the "like" at the time of application is revoked before the winner announcement.

If the account name and @username are changed during the campaign period.

If these terms and conditions are violated.

If the Company determines that the applicant has engaged in fraudulent activity.

About Winning

*Notification of Winning

Winners (hereinafter referred to as "winners") will be notified of their win and other details (information regarding the prize, confirmation of prize shipping address, etc.) via DM on X.

If multiple people residing at the same address win, only one person will be selected as the winner. The prize cannot be chosen. The DM notification of winning will not be reissued. Please be aware.

*Invalidation of Winning

The Company may invalidate a win without prior notice if the applicant falls under any of the following categories:

If applied from multiple X accounts.

If DM cannot be received.

If the input form for the prize shipping address (hereinafter referred to as "input form") is not completed by the deadline.

If there is a false entry in the input form.

If required fields in the input form are not filled in.

If the prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unknown forwarding address, long-term absence, etc.

If any other event occurs that prevents the prize from being awarded or the winning from being confirmed.

*Prohibited Actions During Application

The following types of applications are prohibited.

Applications that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Applications containing illegal information.

Applications created by falsifying personal or group names.

Applications that promote illegal activities.

Applications that promote prejudice, racial discrimination, hatred, or harm.

Applications containing obscene or violent depictions.

Applications that defame or slander others.

Applications containing personal information such as addresses or other personally identifiable information.

Applications that violate public order and morals.

Other applications that the Company deems inappropriate.

If the Company determines that an application falls under the preceding paragraph or violates these terms and conditions, the Company may revoke the win and the use of the application in the Company's various advertisements and promotional materials. If such use is canceled or withdrawn, no notice will be given. Furthermore, inquiries regarding the reason will not be answered.

*Other Notes

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the applicant in connection with the Company's actions based on these terms and conditions and the application for this campaign. If the Company is liable, its liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages incurred by the customer, unless the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.

The Company is not responsible for any statements made by applicants on X, including posts related to this campaign, or any troubles or legal issues arising from them.

The Company is not responsible for any disputes between applicants or between applicants and third parties.

This campaign is not provided or sponsored by X Corp. Please review X's terms of use when using X.

The Company is not responsible for any damages caused by the interruption or suspension of this campaign's operation due to the operating environment of applications related to X.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. If these terms and conditions are changed, the modified content will apply immediately.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, usefulness, timeliness, functionality, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the content and information of this campaign.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.

Any disputes arising in connection with this campaign and these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Personal information provided by winners will only be used for prize notification and shipping. Except as required by law, personal information obtained will not be provided to third parties without the prior consent of the individual.
