To date, the Company has been gradually transitioning its collection and dunning operations, which were partially outsourced, to an internal specialized team.

As a result, in addition to improving the quality of customer interaction, the Company is building a system that allows for real-time tracking and management of recovery status. This has shown results in terms of both operational efficiency and improved profitability.
