The Teshikaga Town/Kawayu area, where our facility is located, is blessed with abundant nature, but there have been limited places to enjoy a leisurely meal. We want not only our lodging guests, but also local residents and tourists, to experience the "elements (essential charm)" of this land through food. Furthermore, we hope to contribute to the revitalization of the Teshikaga Town/Kawayu area as a "regional hub (base)" where people can take a breather amidst this beautiful scenery. With these wishes in mind, we have decided to launch a lunch course.

A dish where the vitality of Eastern Hokkaido resonates with the seasonal flavors from across the country.

We offer a full course from appetizers to desserts, maximizing the individual characteristics of each ingredient.

The base is made from robust ingredients nurtured by the soil of Hokkaido, primarily from the Eastern Hokkaido region. Furthermore, as the name "ELEMENTAL (essential)" suggests, we will source exquisite items from across the country if they are from the region where the ingredients shine the most.
