This year marks the 30th anniversary of our company since its founding in 1997. This trade name change is an opportunity to clarify the brand of "Hotel Kyujin Dot Com," a recruitment site specializing in the hotel and ryokan industry, as our corporate name. Concurrently, we will also launch a new general brand, "HOTEJIN."

Our 30-Year Journey Since Founding

Since our founding in 1997, we have been providing human resource services specializing in the hotel and ryokan industry. In 2002, we launched "Hotel Kyujin Dot Com," a recruitment site specializing in the hotel industry, and were one of the first to introduce a performance-based fee model with free listing and payment upon hiring. This trade name change, coinciding with our 30th anniversary, aims to clarify the brand "Hotel Kyujin Dot Com," which we have cultivated over many years, as our corporate name, and to further promote our business development through both our recruitment media and our recruitment agency (agent) services.

Going forward, we will further enhance the convenience of the recruitment site "Hotel Kyujin Dot Com" and strengthen our recruitment agency and hiring support services, thereby addressing the social issue of labor shortages in the hotel and ryokan industry.

As the new trade name "Hotel Kyujin Dot Com Agent Co., Ltd." is long, we will actively use "HOTEJIN" as our external general brand starting from the trade name change date (August 3, 2026).
