Upon submission, it executes thank-you messages, notifications to staff via SendGrid or Resend, and logs data to Google Sheets. Integrated with GA4, it tracks display, start, and submission events to analyze drop-off rates. For security, it validates LINE ID tokens server-side to prevent impersonation, encrypts authentication credentials using AES-256-GCM, and implements Row Level Security (RLS) to isolate database records for each tenant enterprise. The system is customized individually rather than sold as a prepackaged software tool.
