Aista Inc. (Headquarters: Fujimi City, Saitama Prefecture), which operates the in-home pickup service "Shuccho Kauri MAX" and the "Used Home Appliance Specialty Store Recycle Shop Aista," announced on July 1, 2026, that Koji Oritate has been appointed President and Representative Director, and Yasuo Akiyama has been appointed Chairman and Representative Director.

This change in management structure is aimed at further business growth and enhancement of corporate value. Under the new management system, we will promote the strengthening of existing businesses and challenges in new business areas.

Background of New President and Representative Director Appointment

Koji Oritate has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries, involved in store operations, sales strategy, organizational management, and human resource development.

He has held positions such as General Manager of Gusto Kanto Area Operations at Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd., General Manager of Marugame Seimen Eastern Japan Sales and General Manager of Cafe Business for Konayuki Coffee at Toridoll Holdings Corporation, and Executive Officer of the Food Business Division at Yamada Holdings Co., Ltd., driving nationwide business operations and organizational reforms.

Since joining Aista Inc. as Senior Managing Director in April 2024, he has worked on establishing financial and accounting systems, improving organizational structures, and streamlining operations, contributing to improvements in business sales and profits, and strengthening the management foundation.

Based on these achievements, he has been appointed President and Representative Director with a view to further corporate growth.
