With this partnership, the Company will promote the utilization of regional relocation and side-job talent in collaboration with 127 regional financial institutions (*1).

The Company operates the side-job matching service "Skill Shift" (https://www.skill-shift.com/) and the regional relocation matching platform "Glocal Mission Jobs (GMJ)" (https://glocalmissionjobs.jp/), supporting local SMEs in recruiting excellent urban talent as executives or successors, either through full-time employment or side-job arrangements.

Local SMEs face the challenge of labor and talent shortages due to population decline.
