This is the second installment of a popular three-part series that depicts the conflict and love between humans and demons. Serving as a prequel to the first installment, "Love in Pavilion ~First Love~," which depicted the romance between the leader of the fox tribe and the child she raised, this work portrays the love and destiny of Wang Quan Hongye and Dongfang Huaizhu, who, after fighting demons, became attracted to each other and promised to reunite on the seventh day of the seventh month. The drama features Liu Shishi, who has maintained her popularity since "Scarlet Heart," and Zhang Yunlong, who gained attention in this work, along with other豪華 stars such as Ding Yuxi, Meng Ziyi, and Hou Minghao. 【Synopsis】

Dongfang Huaizhu, who possesses powerful spiritual blood, defeats the Poison Emperor with Wang Quan Hongye, the leader of the Masked Bandits, and they promise to reunite at "Huai Shui Bamboo Pavilion on the seventh day of the seventh month" before parting. Although they connect emotionally, they separate due to differences in values. At this point, the Heavenly Demon Jiuhuo appears and kidnaps Huaizhu, prompting Hongye to travel twenty years into the future to save her.
