Tokyu Land Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroaki Hoshino; hereinafter "Tokyu Land") is pleased to announce that it has obtained environmental certifications (including ZEB) from external organizations for all 49 of its owned office buildings and commercial facilities*1.
The Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group has established "Environmental Management" as one of its corporate policies, with a goal of achieving net-zero CO2 emissions across its supply chain by 2050. In addition to activities aimed at carbon neutrality across all business areas—such as switching 100% of the electricity used in its facilities to renewable energy and standardizing GX ZEH criteria with enhanced environmental performance for its "BRANZ" condominium brand—Tokyu Land is promoting the overall improvement of environmental performance and the reduction of environmental impact for its owned assets.
To demonstrate the high level of these initiatives to stakeholders with transparency, the company announced in March 2022 its goal to obtain objective environmental certifications from third-party organizations, such as "CASBEE" and "DBJ Green Building Certification," for all office buildings and commercial facilities by the end of fiscal year 2025. By advancing these initiatives as planned and receiving recognition for the high environmental performance of our assets, we have successfully achieved this goal.
Moving forward, we will continue to advance environmental initiatives and obtain environmental certifications for all office buildings and commercial facilities we own.
*1 As of March 2026. Excluding some properties such as those scheduled for demolition.

About Major Environmental Certifications
CASBEE "CASBEE" (Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency) is a method for evaluating and rating the environmental performance of buildings. It is a system that comprehensively evaluates building quality, including not only environmental considerations such as energy conservation and the use of materials with low environmental impact, but also indoor comfort and consideration for the landscape. DBJ Green Building Certification DBJ Green Building Certification is a certification system established by the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) in April 2011 to support real estate (Green Buildings) that considers the environment and society. Based on a comprehensive evaluation that includes not only the environmental performance of the target property but also responses to various stakeholders, such as disaster prevention and consideration for the community, the system evaluates and certifies real estate required by society and the economy, and supports these initiatives. High Evaluation in GRESB, Achieving '5 Stars' in Real Estate Assessment for the First Time Tokyu Fudosan Holdings has achieved the "5-star" rating—the highest level awarded to the top 20% of participants—in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, which evaluates ESG initiatives for real estate companies and funds. This is the first time the company has received this rating in the "Standing Investment Benchmark," which evaluates existing property portfolios, since it began participating in fiscal year 2020.
We believe that we were able to achieve this top 5-star rating because of the high evaluation of our management practices, such as the various policies and stakeholder engagement of the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group, as well as our performance in areas like energy management. Furthermore, the increase in the number of properties that have obtained environmental certification contributed to the improvement of our performance evaluation. HP: https://www.gbj.or.jp/gresb/
