Living alone wins in old age!
Since we're all going to die anyway, live however you like.
Accept dementia and aging,
and learn how to live freely!
Many people in their 70s and 80s worry about what lies ahead—"How should I live from now on?" or "If I get dementia, it's all over." But is that really true?
Psychiatrist Hideki Wada says, "You can still live alone even with dementia. In fact, living alone may be freer and happier."
This book introduces ways to live authentically until the end, without fearing dementia more than necessary. It's packed with immediately useful wisdom on meals, social relationships, choosing hospitals, long-term care insurance, and habits to keep your brain healthy.
For anyone who wants to live exactly as they please, without worrying about others. A book that makes the later years a little more enjoyable.
