Mitsusaika is a brand of sweet potato confections that combines ingredients from Kyushu, such as "Kanta-kun," a variety of Beni Haruka sweet potato from Oita Prefecture aged for over 40 days, with the confectionery-making techniques cultivated in Yufuin. We have transformed familiar sweet potato confections like sweet potato cakes and dorayaki into elegant treats suitable for gifting.

We are delivering a confectionery experience that cherishes the lingering sweetness, like honey, born from aged sweet potatoes, for the first time in Japan.
