Although operating as a specialty restaurant for shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, Wagen is launching shaved ice this summer as a new initiative under its core philosophy: 'Creating happy moods for everyone we connect with through food.'

Featuring snow-like fluffy shaved ice and airy espuma cream infused with air, each serving is crafted to resemble a luxurious cake—so visually stunning that guests will instinctively want to take photos.
