■ Album Concept: "Reproduction" and a "Reply" to Listeners
The title 『(Re:)Production』 embodies two strong sentiments.
One is "reproduction" in the literal sense. It signifies "Tsukishiro Aoi's reproduction" as she is able to deliver her singing voice again after a period of hiatus due to vocal polyps and various circumstances.
The other is the prefix "(Re:)". This signifies a "reply," like an email response, expressing her own answer to her four years of activities and her gratitude to the listeners who have always supported her.
The two are combined to form the coined word 『(Re:)Production』.
■ One Step at a Time, a Challenge Towards a Dream
"Someday, I want to ask ryo-sama to provide a song" —.
To confront this long-held big dream head-on, this work became a very important piece in Tsukishiro's Vsinger activities, proving her resolve.
Until now, due to her profound respect for ryo's music, she had a strong desire not to sing his covers with a half-hearted feeling, lacking confidence, and thus had not posted any cover song videos.
Now, in her fourth year of activity, having overcome vocal issues and a hiatus, she has finally undertaken her first full-scale studio recording. This work, which has taken "form," is infused with all of Tsukishiro's musical life.
■ Comment from Tsukishiro Aoi herself
It was my first time recording under professional direction, so I was very nervous on site, but thanks to the warm support of the engineer, I was able to put my all into every single note. The result is a passionate sound that combines the expressive power cultivated through my past activities with the live feel unique to a studio. I sincerely hope that many people will listen to it. Just as these recorded songs greatly encouraged me, I hope this singing voice can become a moonlight that colors someone's story. Thank you very much!
