Announcement of Appointment of Representative Director and Vice President, and Establishment of New Management Structure

Kyokko Seiko Co., Ltd. announces that, at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, June 12, followed by an extraordinary Board of Directors meeting, Takuya Watanabe has been appointed as Representative Director and Vice President. Concurrently, the company has decided on the following new management structure. This change aims to respond swiftly to the rapidly changing market environment, accelerate management rejuvenation and decision-making speed, and further enhance the corporate value of the entire Kyokko Seiko Group.

- Born in 1970 (55 years old) - 1994: Graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Meiji University; joined Kyoto Bank - October 2010 – January 2024: Served as Branch Manager at four different branches - March 2024: Joined Kyokko Seiko Co., Ltd. as General Manager of the General Affairs Department - June 2025: Appointed Managing Director and General Manager of General Affairs - June 2026: Appointed Representative Director and Vice President

I am Takuya Watanabe, newly appointed Representative Director and Vice President of Kyokko Seiko Co., Ltd.

I would like to extend a brief greeting upon assuming this role.

Kyokko Seiko was founded in 1944 with precision die manufacturing and successfully celebrated its 80th anniversary in 2024.

This achievement is entirely due to the long-standing support and cooperation from our business partners, stakeholders, and local communities. We express our deepest gratitude.

We regard 2026 as the year to fully launch transformation, reform, and new challenges. We see this as a crucial step toward our 90th and 100th anniversaries, driving further growth and development for the Kyokko Seiko Group.

Moving forward, I will work closely with President Segawa to take on key leadership responsibilities.
