The aim of this renewal is to communicate more clearly about "facade engineering," a technical field that supports building exteriors, and the work of "facade engineers" who are responsible for it.

The "facade," the exterior appearance of a building, is a crucial element that greatly influences urban landscapes and the architectural experience. On the other hand, the technologies and work that support its realization are not yet widely known to the public. This renewal aims to communicate these technologies and jobs more clearly and to deepen understanding of the technologies and work that support building exteriors.

At AGB, we consistently handle everything from the design, manufacturing, construction, and verification of exteriors, focusing on technologies such as glass, fiber-reinforced materials (GRC, etc.), and noise/vibration countermeasures. Making the concepts envisioned by architects a reality in actual buildings. That is what we consider "facade engineering."

Therefore, for this renewal, we emphasized "delivering accurately to those interested in this job" rather than "reaching a wider audience," and reviewed the information architecture and expression methods.

We aim for a structure that conveys not only technical and organizational explanations for business and job descriptions but also "what kind of value is being created" and "what the job entails."

In this recruitment site, "facade engineering" has been organized as a technical field that comprehensively handles building exteriors.
