New Office Completed in Takasaki City, Gunma Using CLT Panel Method (LC-core Construction)

The new office of Kowa Partners, constructed by Mizuho Construction, a member of the CLT franchise network 'Japan CLT Technology Institute,' was completed on May 21, 2026. The building utilizes the Institute's original CLT panel method, 'LC-core construction.'

This building contributes to the region by using cedar timber produced in Gunma Prefecture. CLT wall panels are featured in visible areas such as common spaces and reception rooms, contributing to the wooden interior design. Additionally, CLT is used for some of the beams.
