Co-op Kyosai "Pre-birth Application" Reaches 50,000 Applicants in 20 Months Since Start

Co-op Kyosai Federation (Japan Co-op Kyosai Life Cooperative Federation, Representative Director and Chairperson: Hiroko Sasagawa) announces that the cumulative number of applicants for "Co-op Kyosai Tasukeai J1000 Yen Course Pre-birth Application" (hereinafter "Pre-birth Application") has exceeded 50,000 as of May 2026.

This system has expanded in about 20 months since the start of acceptance in September 2024. Pregnancy is a time when various anxieties about the baby's health and childbirth are easily felt, but the "peace of mind of being prepared before birth" has been evaluated, and support has spread mainly among families raising children.

In addition, a user survey conducted in April 2026 (※) obtained a high satisfaction rating averaging over 4.5 on a 5-point scale, with comments such as "reduced anxiety about childbirth" and "preparation for unexpected hospitalization and medical expenses," showing that it provided financial and mental support around childbirth.
