This is a rare category among manga awards run by local governments and publishers, allowing even those who are not good at creating stories to participate!
The original light novels are currently available on the official website!

[Children's Niigata Manga Award] 1 winner: 20,000 yen book card (selected from applicants in the Elementary School Student Category)
*In addition, there are Best Work Awards, Excellence Awards, Selected Works, and Honorable Mentions for each category.
*If the 'Niigata Manga Award' is selected from the Elementary School Student Category, the 'Children's Niigata Manga Award' will not be awarded.
