WT Microelectronics Shareholders Approve Removal of Non-Compete Restrictions for Directors

WT Microelectronics (3036.TW) announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders passed a resolution on May 14 to lift non-compete restrictions for five directors, including Chairman Cheng Wen-tsung and ASMedia representative Lin Che-wei. The approval allows them to invest in or manage businesses with similar scopes during their tenure at WT Microelectronics.
