Applications Open for "Business and Organization Recruitment Support Subsidy"! ★Supports Recruitment Strategy Planning and Information Dissemination Media Production!

Securing human resources is essential for corporate development. This project supports small and medium-sized enterprises in Tokushima Prefecture to improve their recruitment capabilities so they can continuously secure suitable personnel! We will subsidize the costs for expert consulting to formulate your company's recruitment strategy and for producing/renovating websites to disseminate recruitment information based on that strategy. (Two categories, each with a maximum of 500,000 yen, subsidy rate of 1/2, applications accepted until November 30th)

[Categories and Details of Supported Projects]

The following two categories are eligible for subsidies.

(1) Expert Recruitment Consulting Fees

Details: Recruitment strategy formulation, recruitment target analysis, extraction of company strengths, recruitment plan development, strengthening internal systems, etc.

(2) Production/Renovation Costs for Recruitment Information Dissemination Media

Details: Website construction/renovation for recruitment activities, SNS dissemination planning, content production such as videos, etc.

* "Temporary" expenses such as job advertisement fees and event participation fees, outsourcing fees for recruitment operations, and prize production costs are not eligible.

[Eligible Businesses]

Small and medium-sized enterprises with business locations in the prefecture that meet the following requirements are eligible. - Employ at least one full-time employee in the prefecture. - Plan to hire at least one new university graduate or equivalent as a regular employee in the next two years. - Have at least one year in the past two years where the number of new hires did not meet the recruitment plan. - Are registered as a company on the "Job Navi Tokushima" employment support information site operated by Tokushima Prefecture and have company information posted. - Have been in business for more than one year (for corporations, since the date of establishment registration; for sole proprietors, since the date of submission of the business opening notification), etc.

[Subsidy Rate and Amount]

- Subsidy Rate: Within 1/2 of the eligible expenses.

- Subsidy Amount: A maximum of 500,000 yen for each of the two categories.

[Application Period and Project Period]

- Application Period: July 1, 2026 - November 30, 2026 (Application Deadline) *Applications may close within the period if the budget is exhausted.

- Project Period: Completion and reporting of the project by March 1, 2027.
