[Pou Chen] Subsidiary PT. Hardases Abadi Indonesia Announces Factory Construction (Supplement to Dec 12, 2025)

Pou Chen Corporation has announced on behalf of its subsidiary, PT. Hardases Abadi Indonesia, a self-owned land construction project. This is a supplemental announcement to the one made on December 12, 2025. The facts took place on April 21, 2026. The contracting parties include PT. CREMONA DELTA RADIAN, PT. NUSA RAYA CIPTA Tbk, PT. CITRA SELARAS AGUNG ABADI, and PT ACTER INTEGRATION TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA, all of which have no relationship with the company. The total contract value is approximately 608.4 billion Indonesian Rupiah (roughly 36.53 million USD). The contract terms are as agreed upon in the documents. The project aims to meet operational demands through factory expansion. This transaction was approved by the Board of Directors on December 12, 2025.
