After graduating from university, engaged in IR, public relations, and corporate planning practical work and management in companies of various industries and sizes, including Capcom, SoftBank Group, and Recruit Holdings.
Joined ExaWizards in 2021. After handling IPO preparations, led dialogue and disclosure as Head of IR and Head of Capital Market Strategy after listing. In 2023, developed an AI product specialized for IR operations as a new business, serving concurrently as head of sales, marketing, and business operations.
Joined Takara Printing Co., Ltd. in September 2024. Currently promotes planning and development of new services, sales, and marketing, while widely disseminating IR frameworks and philosophies based on approximately 20 years of practical experience through lectures and writing.

After gaining experience in the production of corporate disclosure documents such as annual securities reports and notices of convocation, worked as an IR Director, responsible for planning and proposing IR/CSR support for companies, including shareholder reports, annual reports, and CSR reports. Also gained experience in sales department management, and in 2015 launched the ESG/Integrated Reporting Research Office to provide total support for corporate communications. Currently serves as Director of Takara Printing D&IR Research Institute Inc. and Head of the ESG/Integrated Reporting Research Office (currently IR/Sustainability Research Office), providing advisory and consulting services for all aspects of corporate communications centered on integrated thinking, as well as giving lectures and writing.
Additionally, since 2025, has been studying communication design at the Graduate School of Social Design, Department of Communication Design, exploring the potential of communication in corporate and local government organizations.
