TAKARA & CO. (TSE Prime, Securities Code 7921) group company Takara Printing Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kota Shirai; hereinafter "Takara Printing"), which provides disclosure-related systems, announced today that it will officially release its new system, "WizLabo Synapse," on June 29, 2026. This system supports the integrated process from collection to disclosure of non-financial information, in addition to existing statutory disclosure items.

This system was jointly developed by fusing the expertise and know-how of both companies, based on the collaboration agreement signed with Hitachi, Ltd. (hereinafter "Hitachi") in December 2025. It will strongly support listed companies in achieving efficient and reliable information disclosure and enhancing corporate value.

Furthermore, as part of future developments, we aim for further automation and sophistication of disclosure operations through system expansion that includes API integration with Asunenergy Inc. (hereinafter "Asunenergy"), a data collection vendor in the E domain (environmental, such as greenhouse gases) within the ESG domain.

1. Background

In recent years, the demand for disclosure of non-financial information related to sustainability has been increasing globally. In Japan, with the phased mandatory disclosure based on SSBJ (Sustainability Standards Board of Japan) standards starting from the fiscal year ending March 2027, it has become an urgent task for listed companies to comply. However, non-financial information is often dispersed across multiple departments within a company, posing significant challenges in terms of collection burden, ensuring consistency with financial information, and strengthening governance.

To solve these issues, Takara Printing has combined its deep knowledge and know-how in the statutory disclosure of financial information, cultivated over many years, with Hitachi's expertise in collecting, visualizing, and analyzing sustainability information. We have officially released "WizLabo Synapse," which realizes a one-stop solution from data collection to the output of statutory disclosure documents for systems like EDINET and TDnet.

2. About the Product Name "WizLabo Synapse"

As the response to non-financial information disclosure progresses, integrated management of financial and non-financial information has become a critical task for companies. This product was developed with the aim of becoming an "information neural network" that seamlessly connects all data within a group to create new value. The name "Synapse" embodies our desire to connect complex data and support the next decisions of companies.

The logo concept symbolically depicts the global information network and its nodes within the hexagon, which is the DNA of WizLabo. The network lines and dots spreading outwards evoke the image of synapses connecting information, expressing the convergence of all data at a single point.

3. Key Features of "WizLabo Synapse"

(1) Integrated Management of Financial and Non-Financial Information and Ensuring High Reliability

Financial and non-financial information dispersed across group companies and multiple departments is centrally managed with guaranteed accuracy. This not only ensures consistency in disclosure content but also facilitates evidence management for audits and third-party assurance, enabling consistently up-to-date and reliable information disclosure.

(2) Streamlining Operations through Integrated Data Collection to Disclosure

From non-financial data collection using templates compliant with SSBJ standards, to aggregation of financial data linked with accounting systems, and output in disclosure formats, the process is standardized and automated. This significantly reduces the burden of data transcription, confirmation, and coordination with multiple departments for disclosure personnel, thereby lowering the risk of human error.

4. Future Outlook: API Integration with Asunenergy

To further enhance the efficiency of corporate disclosure operations, WizLabo Synapse is strengthening its collaboration with data collection vendors in the upstream processes. As part of this initiative, we are promoting the development of API integration with Asunenergy, a data collection vendor with strengths in the E (Environment) domain of ESG, targeting August 2026. This integration will enable seamless import of environmental data, such as greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, into WizLabo Synapse, supporting the establishment of a more accurate and rapid disclosure system that eliminates the need for manual data entry.
