Tama Art University has annually held its "Summer Open Campus" at the Hachioji Campus. However, starting this year, under the title "Summer Open Campus in Kaminoge," we will also be holding an open campus at our Setagaya-Kaminoge Campus. Centered around the Department of Integrated Design and the Department of Theatre, Dance, and Design, which are based at the Kaminoge Campus, numerous programs will be offered to provide a realistic experience of daily learning. This is also a valuable opportunity to see classrooms and studios that are usually off-limits during regular campus tours.

Furthermore, the "Kaminoge Natsuyoimatsuri" (Kaminoge Summer Night Festival), a venue for interaction between students and local residents near the Kaminoge Campus that began last year, will be held concurrently during this period! Enjoy a summer festival filled with unique artistic touches, including original Bon Odori (Japanese folk dance), food stalls, workshops, and concerts.

This event is intended for high school students and recent graduates interested in the Department of Integrated Design and the Department of Theatre, Dance, and Design, as well as those considering graduate studies (Integrated Design Program, hereafter SID), and the general public who are curious about what a "university art festival is like."

Programs for the "Summer Open Campus in Kaminoge" vary by date. Some programs require advance reservation, so please check the special website and timetable below before visiting.
