Reciprocal shareholding ratio: Not applicable 5. Cause of occurrence: On April 29, 2025 (114), the company acquired a total of 33,348,481 common shares of HwaCom Systems Inc. (Code 2468, hereinafter referred to as "HwaCom") through a public tender offer, representing approximately 47.67% of HwaCom's equity, and notified HwaCom in writing in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 369-8 of the Company Act. As of April 22, 2026, the company, through its subsidiary Shi-You Investment Co., Ltd., acquired an additional 1,650,000 common shares of HwaCom on the centralized trading market. The combined holdings equate to approximately 50.03% of HwaCom's equity, which exceeds one-half of the total number of issued shares of HwaCom.
