Cosmo Iniesta Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryotaro Takachi), a member of the Daiwa House Group, announced that its renovation apartment business "INITIA & Renovation" has achieved an acquisition rate of 37% for the "Residential Energy Saving Performance Certificate (ZEH Standards*1 & Energy Saving Standards*2)" for existing apartment construction started in fiscal year 2025, surpassing its target of 30%. For previously sold units by the company, the acquisition rate reached 50%.

In our renovation apartment business "INITIA & Renovation," we have been working on energy saving through renovation with a target acquisition rate of 30% for the "Residential Energy Saving Performance Certificate (ZEH Standards & Energy Saving Standards)" for existing apartments to be constructed from fiscal year 2025. The acquisition rate has now reached 37%, achieving our company's target. Furthermore, for units previously sold by our company, the acquisition rate has reached 50%.

*1. ZEH Standards: Housing that meets the standards for building insulation performance and equipment, with a performance of Insulation Performance Grade 5 or higher and Primary Energy Consumption Grade 6 or higher.
