The newly completed 'DPL Tokyo Shinonome' will be occupied by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. The Daiwa House Group supports the logistics strategies of the Yamato Group, having constructed over 100 logistics facilities and delivery centers, including the 'Kansai Gateway' (Ibaraki City, Osaka).

This facility is the largest urban logistics facility developed by our company in the Tokyo metropolitan area. It is located close to the city center, within 5km of 'Tokyo Station,' and along a canal in the redeveloping Tokyo Bay area. It boasts excellent access to expressway interchanges, international airports, and wharves, providing a location with a full range of land, sea, and air logistics infrastructure.

Furthermore, considering its urban location, we have adopted gradient exterior wall panels and curtain walls*3, installed soundproof walls on vehicle paths and ramps, and used a glare-reducing solar power generation system to minimize reflected light, showing consideration for the surrounding environment.

In addition, on the south side of the facility's site, we have developed a space open to the community, including an assembly hall and public restrooms*4 for local residents, as well as a public green space adjacent to the 'Koto Ward Shinonome Green Road Park'.

We will continue to respond to the sophisticated logistics demands in urban areas and promote the development of logistics facilities that are in harmony with the environment and local communities.

*3. An exterior wall system developed to reduce the weight of the building itself and prevent window glass from shattering during an earthquake.

*4. To be donated to Koto Ward after completion.

'DPL Tokyo Shinonome' is the largest logistics facility developed by our company in the Tokyo metropolitan area, a large-scale multi-tenant logistics facility located in the Tokyo Bay area. Taking advantage of its rare location within 5km of 'Tokyo Station' and the 'Ginza/Nihonbashi area,' it responds to the sophisticated and diversifying logistics needs in urban areas.

Located approximately 1.5km from the 'Toyosu Interchange' on the Shuto Expressway Harumi Line, it also has excellent access to the three ring roads of the Tokyo metropolitan area: the Shuto Expressway Inner Circular Route, the Chuo Expressway, and the Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Gaikan-do), as well as the Ken-O Expressway.
