Data on the number of patient reports and the medical care provision system (※) published on the Okayama Prefectural website has been compiled, and comments have been added by volunteer experts from Okayama Prefecture. Updates are scheduled once a week.

Furthermore, we have made it easy to understand on a single page, referencing Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Analysis and Summary Comments on the Latest Monitoring Items." We hope it will be useful for understanding the situation within the prefecture.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been declared over by the WHO, and normal life has returned to our country. ◆ Analysis of Infection Status and Medical Care Provision System [As of Monday, June 1, 2026]

The number of reported COVID-19 cases per fixed-point observation facility has decreased to 0.14, and the situation is calm nationwide. Appropriate infection control measures are necessary depending on the situation, and high-risk patients require early diagnosis and early treatment.

The seasonal influenza alert has been lifted (0.06 cases per fixed-point observation facility). Group A streptococcal pharyngitis and chickenpox are currently prevalent.
