Content: Seasonal raw tuna is sourced from all over Japan, primarily from Wakayama, including Katsuura, which boasts the highest landing volume of raw tuna in Japan, and Kushimoto, known for its thriving aquaculture.

Kuroshio Market holds a "Tuna Cutting Show" every day (twice on weekdays, three times on weekends and holidays), where you can enjoy the fresh taste of freshly cut tuna on the spot, not only for immediate sale but also as sashimi, sushi, and donburi bowls.

In the dining area, special menus featuring tuna and seasonal ingredients are also available.

Kuroshio Market's famous "Raw Tuna Cutting Show" is held daily! We will perform a cutting and immediate sale of "Bluefin Tuna" that yields premium fatty cuts (Otoro), focusing on "Nanki Kushimoto Yoshida Bluefin Tuna," a brand tuna from Kushimoto Town certified as "Premier Wakayama (Wakayama Prefecture Excellent Local Product). Enjoy the premium taste, rarely encountered, along with a powerful performance.
