Goudou Kaisha YOMOGI BASE has launched a domestic mugwort cultivation project in Fujimi, Nagano, utilizing long-unused farmland at an altitude of 1,200m. On May 10, 2026, 14 participants joined the first planting event. The brand aims to reduce dependence on imported mugwort by producing skincare products, incense, and moxa locally. This initiative connects agriculture with oriental medicine and skincare, creating a sustainable business model that revitalizes the local economy and traditional medicinal plant culture through a vertical approach from farming to D2C sales.
