1. Project Content and Eligible Applicants
This project supports demonstration initiatives for building commercial and logistics flows that contribute to solving key issues, carried out in cooperation by 'Export Acceleration Partnership Councils' composed of three or more entities from producers (fishermen, aquaculturists) or their organizations, processing/distribution businesses (fisheries processing, warehousing/storage, wholesale/intermediate wholesale, logistics, etc.) or their organizations, and export businesses (those engaged in fisheries product exports) or their organizations, aiming to further accelerate the expansion of fisheries product exports.
2. Eligible Expenses
① Fisheries Export Value Chain Improvement Study Project
Expenses required for building a cooperative system and for studying/investigating business plan content, as well as consulting expenses for business plans (fixed amount (subsidy upper limit 6 million yen)) for initiatives by Export Acceleration Partnership Councils composed of producers, processors/distributors, and export-related businesses to accelerate fisheries product exports, focusing on improving existing fisheries product distribution value chains to ensure reliable exports.
② Fisheries Export Value Chain Improvement System, etc., Introduction Project
Expenses necessary to implement the initiatives studied in ① above (expenses for introducing electronic sales systems, purchase costs for equipment and materials necessary for fisheries product processing, purchase costs for equipment and materials necessary for collection/shipment, storage, sales, etc. of fisheries products (subsidy rate within 1/2)).
③ Fisheries Export Value Chain Improvement Demonstration Project
Expenses required for initiatives that demonstrate the effects and sustainability of new product development, market development, etc., studied in ① above, and smoothly transition to autonomous activities by the Export Acceleration Partnership Council (expenses for market research/business negotiations, creation of promotional materials, acquisition of knowledge/technology through training, storage expenses, warehousing fees, processing expenses, raw material costs, transportation expenses, and other expenses for initiatives aimed at improving logistics structures (subsidy rate within 1/2)).
