Reiwa 8 DX Hands-on Support Project "Hands-on" to be Implemented - Public Briefing Session for Project Participants to be Held!
RYO-FU BASE in Saga Prefecture will implement a 'Hands-on' DX support project for local companies over approximately six months. RYO-FU BASE (Saga Prefectural Industrial Promotion Organization, Saga Sangyo Mirai Sozo Base) will provide hands-on support by expert personnel to help companies in the prefecture tackle management issues and challenge new initiatives using digital technology. We provide integrated support from organizing issues to digital utilization and building an internal system for DX promotion, aiming for a state where companies can proactively engage in DX.
In Saga Prefecture, while the introduction of IT tools is progressing, many companies have not been able to start DX for reasons such as 'not knowing where to start' or 'not having a system in place to promote DX.' Particularly in recent years, there has been growing interest in new technologies like generative AI, but an increasing number of cases where companies cannot see how to apply them to their business and are hesitant to take the leap.
This project will provide hands-on support for approximately six months to such companies. We will support them from organizing management issues to planning and building a DX promotion system, aiming for a 'self-sustainable state' where the company can continue to promote DX on its own even after the support ends.

We will provide the following support to selected companies in the prefecture (5 companies).
- **Visualization of Management Issues:** We will clarify what needs to be tackled first through repeated on-site hearings and dialogues with management.
- **Acquisition of DX Certification:** Obtain the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's DX certification in 6 months. We provide full support from creating the application to submission.
- **Realization of DX/AI Introduction:** We will help select and introduce tools that fit your company, including the use of subsidies. We will provide support until the tools are usable on-site.
- **Building a DX Promotion System:** We will establish a mechanism and personnel to continue promoting DX/AI utilization within the company even after the support ends.
