The Saga Prefectural Industrial Revitalization Organization's Saga Industrial Future Creation Base (hereinafter "RYO-FU BASE"), in collaboration with Saga Prefecture, is developing the "SAGA Woman Work Design Project" as part of the "SAGA Woman Canvas Project," which supports women's diverse career development.
This project aims to integrate the perspective of supporting women's diverse career development with the perspective of industrial promotion and startup support. To officially launch this project, a skill-up seminar will be held. Through the real-life experiences of Ai Kawaguchi, Editor-in-Chief of NewsPicks for WE, case studies of women who have brought new value to business, and participants' self-reflection, the seminar aims to provide an opportunity to take the first step in designing one's own career.

(Reference) Outline of this program
While the outflow of young people continues in Saga Prefecture, the ratio of female presidents is high nationally but remains at only about 10% overall, requiring further promotion of women's challenges.
Against this background, this project aims to revitalize Saga Prefecture's industry and communities, and to retain and attract young people, by maximizing women's potential and bringing new value to the region and society. It aims to make "Saga Prefecture a field where women can realize their 'desired work'" by providing the following three opportunities.
Exchange
We will hold exchange events where diverse women can meet and inspire their desire to challenge themselves (encouraging women's challenges).
Learning
We will provide learning opportunities that lead to challenges, such as skill-up seminars, with the aim of acquiring practical skills and fostering confidence.
Challenge
We will implement challenge programs (award challenge support, co-creation workshops, etc.) to connect "learning" to practice.
