[Sendai City] Recruiting Companies for "Accel-Rise Support (External Side-Job Talent Utilization Support) Project"

Sendai City is implementing the "Accel-Rise Support (External Side-Job Talent Utilization Support) Project" to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the city in resolving management challenges, creating new businesses, and improving productivity by utilizing "side-job talent" with advanced specialized skills from urban areas. This project leverages "Fukugyo Cloud," a matching platform with over 100,000 registered side-job professionals. We look forward to many applications from businesses.

Application Period
Until the end of November, Reiwa 8 (2026)
* The project may end earlier if the budget limit is reached.
* For platform-only usage, until the end of March, Reiwa 9 (2027).

Eligibility Requirements
SMEs and mid-sized companies (excluding deemed large enterprises) headquartered in Sendai City, among others.

Support Details
Selected businesses will receive the following support free of charge (*):

* **Matching Platform Usage:** Post job openings on "Fukugyo Cloud" to recruit optimal candidates.
* **Project Mentoring:** Regular meetings will be held even after the project starts to support smooth collaboration. (Sendai City officials will primarily provide mentoring support.)

[The following matching support will be provided according to the business's challenges and organizational structure]

* **Problem and Project Organization and Articulation:** Expert consultants will analyze the business's true challenges and create an optimal talent profile.
* **Selection Advice:** We will provide screening of applicants, attendance at interviews, and advice on selection to match the optimal talent.

* Remuneration for side-job talent will be borne by the business as an actual expense.
* The same company can utilize this for multiple projects.
