[Sendai City] Now Recruiting Companies for 'Comprehensive Support (Value-Added Improvement Course)'

Sendai City is working toward producing 'Regional Core Companies' that bring economic and social impact, revitalizing the region and enhancing the city's appeal.

In this support program, we will select up to five SMEs headquartered in Sendai City with a strong desire to grow as regional core companies and provide intensive support for a maximum of three years.

### Application Period May 25th (Monday), 17:00 (Must arrive by this time) *Number of selections: Max 5 companies

### Main Eligibility Requirements - Small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with their headquarters registered in Sendai City. - The value-added amount (Operating Profit + Personnel Expenses + Depreciation) in the latest fiscal year must be approximately 100 million yen or more. - (Other requirements apply)

### Support Details Participating companies will receive hands-on consulting support provided by Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC.

- **Consulting Support:** Consultants will identify issues necessary for growth, formulate a support plan, and assist in implementing measures and building PDCA cycles. Progress will be evaluated at the end of each fiscal year. - **Subsidies:** During the maximum three-year support period, companies can utilize the 'Comprehensive Support Program (Value-Added Improvement Course) Subsidy' once if needed for problem-solving. - **Promotion:** Support for promotion through various media, including the 'SENDAI CORE COMPANY' website, which introduces local core companies. - **Networking:** Support for building networks among supported companies and with other businesses inside and outside the city. - **Field Work:** Field work to learn the organizational culture of growing companies in the Tokyo metropolitan area. - **Operational Improvement:** Spot-based on-site support for productivity improvement at factories or operational optimization at stores as needed.
