[Kyoto Prefecture] Professionals Advise on Utilizing Vacant Houses in the Chutan Region

Kyoto Prefecture will hold a consultation event in Kyoto City for owners of vacant houses in Fukuchiyama City, Maizuru City, and Ayabe City, to have them consider future utilization in order to effectively utilize regional resources and promote migration.

3. Content

Judicial scriveners and real estate agents will answer various consultations regarding the inheritance and utilization (leasing/sales) of vacant houses.

Target audience: Those who own a vacant house in the Chutan region (Fukuchiyama City, Maizuru City, Ayabe City)

Capacity: 5 groups. Up to 60 minutes per group.

*On the same day, the "Tsunagaru Kyoto Migration & Exchange Fair 2026" (sponsored by Kyoto Prefecture and Kyoto Prefecture Migration Center) will also be held concurrently on the 2nd floor of the center.
