Reasons for failure to file: (1) Before the 2026/03/31 board meeting, the company failed to obtain audited financial statements from its investee, Fu Hsing Co., Ltd. This led to a lack of sufficient audit evidence for equity-method investments, resulting in a qualified audit opinion. (2) Despite repeated requests on 04/01, 04/09, and 04/16, and requests from the Chairman to convene a board meeting at Fu Hsing, no response was received by 04/27. Thus, sufficient evidence remains unavailable for a re-audit. (3) The application for an extension of the filing deadline was denied by the regulatory authority today. 3.
